This single vineyard single block 5 Chardonnay comes from certified organic vines.
It was fermented in French oak and aged on lees in a combination of stainless and French oak before bottling.
Notes of browned butter and toasted hazelnut, charred lemon peel, yellow apples and brown spice dominate the nose. The palate is taut and racy but with a creamy edge. Complex and balanced it boasts a lengthy finish and trails toasted oak and nut flavours
